Paula’s customer service and time management skills are second to none, and she is a highly regarded member of our office. Paula is responsible for the timely rental payments to landlords, payment of all accounts, provision of end of year summary, and ensuring the trust accounts are balanced and reconciled on a regular basis.
Paula has demonstrated an ability to manage client’s requirements with exceptional customer service, achieving outstanding results with her hard work and dedication. An asset which has been duly noted by anyone she has dealt.
Paula is always seeking new methods to introduce into Honer Dodd to ensure the team “works smarter, not harder”. She believes the main key of good customer service is constant communication and lives by what she preaches.
