Looking to Vacate ?
If you are looking to move out of your current rental you need to check a few things.


1. Has your lease expired? If it hasn't lease break penalties may apply.

2. If your lease is due to expire and you are in the last two weeks of the current term you will need to give us two weeks' notice.

3. If the fixed term of your agreement has expired, you will need to give us three weeks' notice.
